We operate dedicated state-of-the-art baking studios across 12 metro cities. Once your order is received, our chefs bake and decorate your cake within 60 minutes. It is then dispatched via temperature-regulated express delivery vans directly to your address.
Midnight delivery orders are delivered between 11:00 PM and 11:59 PM on the selected date to ensure your celebration starts right as the clock strikes twelve! A nominal surcharge of ₹150 applies for the midnight slot.
Yes! All orders above ₹799 qualify for FREE Standard Delivery in all our active delivery cities. For orders under ₹799, a standard fee of ₹99 applies.
Yes! On any product page, enter your desired text (up to 25 characters) in the "Message on Cake" field. We will hand-pipe it onto a luxury edible chocolate ribbon at no additional charge.
We offer Bento mini cakes (300g for 1-2 people), 0.5 kg (4-6 servings), 1.0 kg (8-10 servings), 1.5 kg (12-14 servings), and 2.0 kg (16-20 servings). For larger tiered celebration cakes above 3.0 kg, please contact our support desk.
Always store your cake in the refrigerator at 4°C - 8°C. For ganache and cheesecake recipes, take the cake out 15 minutes before slicing to allow the texture to become creamy and velvety.
Since we do not use chemical preservatives, fresh cream and fruit cakes are best consumed within 48 hours. Cheesecakes and macarons remain delicious for up to 4-5 days when stored in sealed airtight boxes.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 hours before the selected delivery slot. If a cake is damaged during transit, our delivery pilot will issue an immediate replacement or 100% refund.
